These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services offered by ak9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") through the website located at https://ak9999.ws and any associated mobile or web applications. By registering an account, accessing any game, placing any bet, making any deposit, or otherwise using any feature of ak9999, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Each player may hold only one (1) ak9999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ak9999 employs technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information if any details change. ak9999 is not liable for any losses or issues arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ak9999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

ak9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

All funds deposited into your ak9999 account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting funds into your account from a third-party source, is strictly prohibited. ak9999 reserves the right to return deposits and block withdrawal requests where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the Platform's Help section. ak9999 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and fraud verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

ak9999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim bonuses fraudulently — including by creating multiple accounts or by coordinated play with other users — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may lead to permanent account suspension.

ak9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been partially redeemed, ak9999 will apply the terms in place at the time of redemption on a reasonable, case-by-case basis.

Game outcomes are not influenced by ak9999 or by any action of the player outside the normal gameplay mechanics of each game.

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other events — are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the official result as confirmed by the governing body shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and possible legal action:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or exploit games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform or its software.
• Placing bets in a pattern that constitutes arbitrage, match fixing, or abuse of promotional offers.

ak9999 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and suspend accounts where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, pending investigation. The outcome of such investigations is final at ak9999's sole discretion.

ak9999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment and not a means of generating income, and that there is always a risk of financial loss.

You agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account dashboard — including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. ak9999 will apply any self-exclusion request with immediate effect upon confirmation and will not reverse such a request during the exclusion period.

ak9999 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if internal monitoring indicates patterns of play consistent with problem gambling. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to re-register a new account during the exclusion period. Any account opened in violation of an active self-exclusion will be immediately closed and all funds returned.

All content on the ak9999 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface designs, software, game mechanics, promotional materials, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ak9999 or its respective third-party licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ak9999. Unauthorised use of any Platform content may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak9999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ak9999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted operation of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game information, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

In all circumstances where ak9999 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the ak9999 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable general principles of online gaming and commercial law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team shall be subject to binding arbitration. ak9999's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account activity is final.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
